Job Context:
∎ Will work as DGM of Factory/ Corporate office
∎ Head Office- Dhaka/ Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct & Control overall HR, Administration and Compliance.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
∎ Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement. Authorities, and others as and when required.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/ Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
∎ Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization;
∎ Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/security status.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6-7 years working experience as DGM in any reputed Industry (Jute) Mills in Bangladesh will be preferable.
∎ The applicants must have sound knowledge on Industrial security Act in the Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Corporate office and Factory HR & Administration.
∎ The applicants should have working experience in large industry (Jute/Textile).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management & in-house training.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both in written and verbal
∎ Must have the ability to handle independently.
∎ Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
∎ He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
∎ Sound knowledge computer such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, HR Software and ERP.
