Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain strategic HR policy, procedure & guidelines in compliance with labor law & regulations and ensure its implementation.
∎ Effective utilization of resources to attain the production target in time, achieve efficiency and acceptable quality through best utilization of capacity and skill upgradation at all levels. Ensure following lean practices
∎ Execute overall factory operations and admin/HR activities
∎ Freedom to work with in budgeted MMR, decide on the number of batches, planning and prioritizing as per central planning, multiskilling etc. to ensure that targets with related to cost, quality, delivery, with safety are m
∎ Manpower Budgeting and controlling
∎ Plant Absenteeism and Turn Over Control
∎ Motivate employees to adapt company policies and practices by mentoring, counseling, and coaching
∎ Supervision of the employees working with him directly and coordinate with different departments like Stores, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Warehouse etc.
