Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall factory operations, ensuring production targets are met within budget and forecast.
∎ Lead and manage the team by handling recruitment, training, development, and daily supervision to maximize productivity.
∎ Develop a high-performing manufacturing team, ensuring compliance to best practices and continuous improvement
∎ Efficiently manage production to meet quality, delivery expectations, and minimize costs.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal performance.
∎ Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
∎ Research trends for product development and collaborate on pricing alignment.
∎ Perform root cause analysis, resolve problems, and identify business improvement opportunities.
∎ Contribute to creating best practices, strategies, policies, and procedures for improved operational performance.
∎ Administer factory matters for uninterrupted production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and quantity.
∎ Maintain smooth production flow with skilled workers and a positive factory environment.
∎ Create innovation in designing new shoe models and report on target achievements while coordinating with other departmental managers for production goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have practical experience of at least 15 years in footwear industry.
∎ Well understanding about the industrial production specially footwear.
∎ Managing overall functions of entire footwear factories and having good aptitude with skill to educate and manage operators doing multiple operations. Knowledge of Planning, Production, Rejection Control, Maintaining of AQL and understanding of industrial Engineering.
∎ Proficient understanding of PVC/TPR/IMEVA Granules and Machinery, including expertise in adjusting screws & barrels, managing machine pressure, temperature adjustments, and optimizing timing settings.
∎ Proficiency in leather technology, Shoe Technology, Technical Routing, Cutting, Sewing, Lasting, Injection Molding for TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU, and DIP shoe finishing techniques is required.
