Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Mechanical or EEE from any reputed Public or Private University
∎ Graduation from BUET, CUET, RUET, SUST, JUST, KUEST etc will get preferences
∎ Skills Required: Engineering, Maintenance, Utility

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the effective the integration and management of the control supply chain and project technical functions;
∎ Follow-up consultant-activities about Digital survey, Masterplan, drawing, design, BOQ, erection/installation & Estimate related issues;
∎ Supervise and maintain the new or existing project according to the requirements & infrastructure vision of the Management;
∎ Planning & supervising the Project profile, drawing, design, Materials, Costing and budge as per managements requirements;
∎ Make plan for project execution, maintenance schedule and Ensure health & safety;
∎ Lead and motivate team members for achieve the desired result;
∎ Schedule the projects in logical sequence, scheduling sourcing plan and related with the project schedule, actual status, executing the procurement as per combined schedule;
∎ Tendering and processing procurement of Civil, Electro -Mechanical, maintenance Items for different Projects/ Factory;
∎ Follow-up maintenance work schedule and coordination with concern person;
∎ Coordinating with related department, contractors, vendor, supplier, consultant for implementation the construction project & maintenance works;
∎ Time to time work report & result to the management & identify work error & limitation. Beside give new idea for recovering the problem;
∎ To provide the maintenance support all the departments for smooth production;
∎ Leading the Utility team and provide uninterrupted utility support;
∎ Maintaining ETP & WTP properly;
∎ Cost and waste reduction in the department as well as the factory;
∎ To improve overall equipment performance/efficiency (OEE);
∎ Co-ordination with Compliance team to achieve certification from approved concern;
∎ To meet up Alliance & Accord guidelines as well as other structural audits;
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
