∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed public/ Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Washing Plant, Production Management (Washing), Washing Factory, Washing quality, Washing Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority.
∎ To give technical support to the suppliers for the washing process (both Dry and wet process).
∎ To make understand the supplier for buyer requirement for both technical and compliance terms.
∎ To evaluate the washing plant based on buyer requirements.
∎ To understand the suppliers regarding chemical safety issues for the washing plant.
∎ To ensure the garment's testing report is in the satisfactory level before shipment.
∎ Maintain buyer and in-house SOP and try to implement and add new wash formula.
∎ Risk assessment & root cause analysis before bulk production.
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of
∎ washing plant.
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of wash products/Garments.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Productions follow up with washing Plant.
∎ Research and development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ To monitor strongly to reduce production loss time through minimizing rewash and rejection
∎ To find out the root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with the production department.
∎ Any other relevant duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on overall washing plant.
∎ Knowledge of proper use of chemicals in washing plant.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Self-confident, smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
