Job Context:
∎ Note: Retired armed forces Officers will be preferable.
∎ Global Supply Chain Security Program (C-TPAT) audit of foreign Buyer Knowledge & CC TV Surveillance are must in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security aspects of Head office & Factories
∎ Ensuring discipline within the company
∎ To give innovative ideas to improve security system to maintain a safe work environment
∎ To give observation based on footage of CCTV (Surveillance System) in consideration of safety & security.
∎ Ensuring safety and Security of the employees working in factory.
∎ Facilitating different safety training.
∎ To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol
∎ To lead, appraise and train the security personnel
∎ Conducted Global Supply Chain Security Program (C-TPAT) audit of foreign Buyer
∎ To maintain liaison with the different government agencies in respect of security & safety.
∎ To Look after the Security Management, Physical Security, Security Operations,
∎ To take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIP's of the Group
∎ To provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries by using intelligence
∎ Keep Group Management informed regarding the latest security related matters and advice as demand necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team leader, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
