Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities include running the Dyeing production, Dyeing finishing, Dyeing Planning, operation control, measuring and monitoring the product and the process. Establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirements.
∎ Process, planning, and allocating capacity in the R & D guiding the the team to resolve any technical issue.
∎ To become aware of Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
∎ To improve the Dyeing process & reduce RFT time.
∎ Coordinate with buyers & take all kinds of approvals.
∎ To maintain quality as per buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure Production of every m/c as per Target with Customer requirements.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in the production process of the finishing section
∎ Control finishing parameters during bulk production based on the standard technical method
∎ Recommending special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by the Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Ensure that the Quality Standard is being met by Forecasting & reviewing the result.
∎ Responsible for all technical Audit & implementation of customer technical requirements.
∎ Develop Discipline, by implementing the Rules and regulations in the Department.
∎ Ensure acceptable Quality level (AQL) in a textile manner.
∎ Give continuous guidance to the Executive, along with others for target fabric specification.
∎ Give full support to the Research & Development Department.
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement & report to the higher authority.
∎ Response & act on customer complaints & queries.
∎ Ensure that the team follows all safety.
∎ Continuously study the Cost savings of the Department.
∎ Enthusiastic to wastage utilization.
∎ Optimize Manpower Utilization.
∎ Skill Development in the Operators to Managers.
∎ Ensure that all Lab test Reports (Physical) are recorded.
∎ Controlling nonconforming products at the intermediate and final stages in the Dyeing department.
∎ Provide support for approval and maintenance of equipment related to the Dyeing department and training of staff in the department.
∎ Any other assignment has been given by the management from time to time.
