Responsibilities & Context:
SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following position for its Head Office
Responsibilities:
Act as a "Finance Business Partner" with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Management Division.
Work as a key interface between Finance and the Commercial product teams.
Analyse yearly Advertisement & Promotion (A&P) budget in details and performance targets for monthly tracking.
Perform pre-analysis and confirm CM before setting individual target Distribution and Direct sales personnel.
Perform cost and benefit analysis/scrutinize the variable incentive/commission/other program set for the Direct /Distribution Sales Team to boost up sales.
Align with product owners the monthly status of each brand's A&P Budget against its targets for the year explain variances and take remedial actions if required.
Ensure control over imported and local material cost as well as inventory day cycle.
Prepare periodical financial reports and perform capital budge analysis.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
