∎ Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CILT) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of trims and packaging materials.
∎ Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
∎ Manage the warehouse team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
∎ Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to facilitate seamless supply chain operations.
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
∎ Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Prepare reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and warehouse operations for upper management.
