Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Fashion Designing, Fine Arts, Apparel Manufacturing Technology, Merchandising or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible for Skill development, Fashion designing and Market development. Coordinate activities between target group, consultant, local actors, government, Private sector & training institute and available resources. Design, develop and provide necessary training for target communities to develop skills and capacities on livelihood strategies and viable options for income and food security and better nutrition.
∎ He/ She will be responsible/accountable for regular linkage, collaboration with stakeholders/GO/NGO. Participate coordination meeting with GO/CiC/other organization. Coordinate and support to Shopper, volunteer, assist to project to manager, admin and procurement team. Also requires, regular update field based stock, product documents and maintains records keeping of the project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets (Community mobilization, identifying livelihood skills & income generation opportunities).
∎ Coordinate activities between target group, consultant, local actors, government, Private sector & training institute and available resources.
∎ Experience in designing women wear, mask production, handicap production and designing.
∎ Experience in BOQ for production of materials and EOQ for raw materials procurement as per project budget & needs.
∎ Capacity to develop project staff and training.
∎ Design work plans and manage the implementation of livelihoods interventions in the targeted camps Rohingya women ensure project targets are met according to work plan deadlines, and that the project is adequately resourced to carry out effective programming.
∎ Plan training method and Development training module.
∎ Lead on the development of a strategy for Rohingya livelihoods activities, with emphasis on responses to the perceived needs, as indicated by the communities, beneficiaries, and at times the camp management.
∎ Organize Training on Skill and Business Development for women leaders.
∎ Identify women from host community and provide seed fund.
∎ Prepare beneficiary selection criteria as per project design.
∎ Ensure that the range of M&E processes are implemented on time, including: verification surveys and follow up - surveys for livelihoods beneficiaries, midline and end line evaluations, where appropriate.
∎ Take lead in the development of livelihoods indicators and relevant monitoring and evaluation instruments and provide real time technical advice to project staff through direct field visits.
∎ Design, develop and provide necessary training for target communities to develop skills and capacities on livelihood strategies and viable options for income and food security and better nutrition.
∎ Provide capacity-building for staff: technical support, organizing training, and preparing training manuals for staff on Livelihood skill.
∎ Liaise with various influence at local level, stakeholders and leading UN and livelihoods organizations and take a lead role in providing information regarding livelihoods & skill development trends to the project manager.
∎ Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps
∎ Work with donor to create ongoing partnership.
∎ Gather and report marketplace information, communicate organization message to the communities.
∎ Organize quarterly linkage meeting with local service provider, market committee & value chain actor.
∎ Meeting with private sector, training institutions and local government on explore partnership.
∎ Manage target group expectations by setting participatory action plans, risk analysis and long-term milestones.
∎ Proactively engage in activities intended to strengthen people’s access to and utilization of resources available, and any acceptable means to ensure their livelihoods, including food security in the camp context.
∎ Perform other duties as required for project.
∎ Reports to Project Manager on overall sector updates and prepare Monthly Report.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
