Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
∎ Responsible for managing day to day HR operations particularly Training, Welfare and develop production efficiency related activities Manage the training process and ensure employees fit the role and organizational culture.
∎ Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
∎ Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors. Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Assist in a wide range of employee welfare areas such as counseling, grievance handling, and conflict management.
∎ Prepared statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as works Efficiency, absenteeism rates and turnover.
∎ Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a training manager.
∎ Track record in designing and executing successful training programs, material development.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
∎ Good computer and database skills.
