Education:

- Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Engineering
Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certified.
Certification in SMV reduction, line balancing, and automation.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and IE (Industrial Engineering).
Experience in working with EU/US buyers
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in managing daily production activities for the knitwear and lingerie divisions.
- Ensure production targets are met with optimal quality and efficiency.
- Monitor line balancing, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks to improve productivity.
- Conduct time-motion studies and apply efficiency improvements.
- Maintain quality standards following buyer requirements (AQL 2.5/4.0).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company SOPs.
- Collaborate with the QA team to reduce defects and rework.
- Supervise production supervisors and line chiefs.
- Conduct training sessions on best practices and new techniques.
