Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ Accounting/ Finance from reputed university. Public University will be preferable and PGD in SCM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and issue all kinds of raw and packaging materials of factory (Own and toll manufacturing.), engineering items etc.
∎ Ensure proper storage condition of all materials as per criteria of each individual material.
∎ Lead, manage and control the daily issues of factory store for smooth functioning.
∎ Coordinate with central warehouse for transferring finished goods time to times.
∎ Maintain liaison with toll manufacturing unit for sending the required materials for smooth operations.
∎ Handle for different internal and external audits (ISO, VAT and DGDA authorities).
∎ Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed in store area.
∎ Maintain safety stocks of different items as per requirement of end users.
∎ Maintain VAT related documents also submit to the concern authorities complying law.
∎ Prepare, review and submit inventory related different types of reports to concern department as per requirement.
∎ Supervise store staff to ensure high productivity by maintaining all rules & regulations of GMP & DGDA.
∎ Develop and train staff to identify necessary training for improvement their performances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience in handling of store of reputed pharmaceuticals industry as per compliance of cGMP.
∎ Willingness to drive proactively, should be hard worker and ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
