∎ JOB PURPOSE: To coordinate staff related concerns and provide necessary support according to program requirement.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect, check and verify necessary documents for hiring process as well as ensure deployment of the selected staffs accordingly.
∎ Drive Performance Management System of a large team by aligning with the organizational timeline. Manage, compile and review reward recommendations maintaining organizational guidelines and share with concerned line management.
∎ Receive and process transfer proposals with rationales from line management and manage them as per policy guideline. Prepare a feasible annual transfer plan by considering distance from residence to base office, personal concerns and current branch working duration aligning with line management.
∎ Engage in analysing the rationales of staff under Performance Improvement Plan(PIP). Review decisions through comparative data analysis for PIP listed staff and share the findings with concerned management.
∎ Participate in different forums/meetings, project work to collect staff's concerns, share updates as being part of collective decision, planning and execution.
∎ Receive grievance reports, review the relevant documents, arrange and conduct meeting with Senior Management Committee and implement the decision of the committee accordingly.
∎ Follow up the separated staff's final payment status and communicate with line management to provide quick service.
∎ Participate and contribute in Programmatic and Unit specific initiatives as per requirement.
∎ Analyse work force status through Programmatic process and take steps to balance existing staff base in concerned geographical location.
