• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Footwear Engineering or related field.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA, MEM or similar role (preferably in the footwear, leather or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee factory quality operations and ensure compliance with set standards.
• Monitor material efficiency and implement cost-effective usage strategies.
• Develop and enforce QA & MEM policies, procedures and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with production teams, suppliers and management to resolve quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to quality and MEM staff.
• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
