Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduate with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations. Bsc/ MSc in Chemistry / Polymer Science/ Chemical Engineering will be given preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Packaging,Printing Technology,Link Management and Industrial Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure inspection and documentation of all incoming raw materials; in-process of production and outgoing of finished goods
∎ Deal with customer complaints about troubleshooting of supplied raw materials, finished goods/ product at client’s premises and at BPP factory premises
∎ Supervise wastage processing section through BRAC Printing Pack’s wastage control policy
∎ Perform various tests physically to determine chemical properties of raw materials and sample packaging items
∎ Maintain some important documentations through Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Quality Exception Report (QER), Quality Check Certificate, Food Grade Certificate on Usage Materials, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) etc.
∎ Prepare chemicals, reagents and other sample materials for laboratory test
∎ Advise production staff and others about quality control, technical and product issues
∎ Execute calibration and maintain standardization of laboratory equipment’s and digital balances etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Rotogravure printing ink, flexible polymer film and flexible packaging related machines, VOCs.
∎ Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill.
∎ Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation.
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office.
∎ Must have knowledge on online production planning
∎ Have enough strength and skills to run the program successfully
∎ Able to work under stress situation
