∎ JOB PURPOSE: Purpose of this position is to support management in market development, business plan development and manpower budgeting for migration social enterprises. S/he will be responsible to assist in business and market research to identify potential migration market, effective sales and marketing strategies, identify blockers for social enterprise revenue growth. S/he will also be assisting ensuring timely business plan submission for management, ensure market driven project development to the clients.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensuring the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing migration business concepts, business proposals, operational action plans for BRAC Migration Social enterprises especially for overseas recruitment business.
∎ Drafting business presentations, reports and knowledge documents for migration social enterprise.
∎ Supporting management in conducting market research to understand service trends, analyze market context, competitor and collaborator's strategy, and identify threats and opportunities for developing sales and marketing plan for BRAC Migration Enterprises.
∎ Assisting colleagues to maintain executive marketing relationships with key business stakeholders for revenue generating partnership, coordination and contract negotiation; deals closing with revenue partners.
∎ Supporting in identifying market opportunities by identifying overseas client's requirements for new market and sales growth.
∎ Drafting financial, budgetary plans and accounts related documentations.
∎ Developing innovative marketing strategies that will increase sales volume and improve brand positing as a social enterprise.
∎ Supporting in service development by providing findings/ reports on improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing market opportunities.
∎ Assist in developing, revising pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
∎ Proactively identify blockers for revenue growth, while directly assisting senior management of migration social enterprise in finding solutions to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
∎ Developing Entrepreneurship development training modules, coordinate with management for module development and training implementation.
∎ Supporting in regular enterprises risk management reporting and share findings with management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Simple Business Data analytical ability utilizing Ms Excel, and other analysing software; Ability to develop business presentation using infographics and data charts; reserach & analytical Skills.
∎ Knowledge on Basic business & economic trend analysis; Potentials of Labour-markets, Employers, HR recruiters and developers in Construction, Service sector and so on.
∎ Capability to finish tasks in time; Able to work with pressure; Business Problem solving along with team members; Ability to work in Multi-unit Operations Management; Assisting in Assist in Partner Liaison; Capable to manage business project costing and budgeting, business project management.
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as migration business development and business management.
