Responsibilities & Context:
Line Layout , Man, Machine and productivity calculation and settle with production.
Consumption settlement with customer for raw materials along with local common materials.
New design product development with present fashion & trends product.
Sound knowledge about Export & Local market.
Knowledge about leather & Synthetic, ladies, Gents & Kids shoe. also related machineries and new technology.
Prepare consumption and pattern for spec sheet and picture.
Technical support during production.
Have good communication skill and deal with customer.
Prepare SOP & make sure in production.
Follow-up commercialization, pilot trial & confirmation, show board checking, making SOP and handover to production.
