∎ Post Graduate / Graduate in Footwear Engineering or relevant degree from a well reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good communication skill with customers.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives
∎ Must have adequate knowledge to prepare BOM sheet, Requisition & budget of materials
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities and ensure delivery in time.
∎ Developing footwear design as per market/customer demand.
∎ Design in cooperation with buyer, relevant technologies, construction ideas, patterns and tools through samples ensuring function and manufacturability.
∎ Provide sufficient service to production such as operation set up step by step, maintenance set up, work and time study etc.
∎ Ability to make costing sheet of relevant product and dealing with buyer and finally settlement product price.
∎ Communicate effectively with supply chain and ensure shipment timely.
∎ Develop shoe line collection as per requirement for international market by categories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangali and English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
