∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputed university;
∎ CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm; (Subject qualified is preferable);

∎ CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm; (Subject qualified is preferable);

∎ Proficiency in accounting software specially in Tally and MS Excel (Advanced MS   Excel will add the candidate’s skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keeping record of day-to-day financial activities;
∎ Preparing & examining bills/invoices, vouchers accounts payable/receivable, payroll   processing, and bank reconciliations;
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
∎ Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
∎ Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (Tax, VAT);
∎ Assist in internal/external audits and tax filings;
∎ Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports;
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
∎ Implement best practices for financial controls and documentation.
∎ Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Procurement) for financial data validation.
∎ Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive for Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Management
