Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning as per Monthly Requirement in addition with keep safety stock focused on emergency market demand both local & export.
∎ Stock reconciliation of RM, PM and FG on the basis of monthly production planning.
∎ Conduct studies to discover innovative ways to improve the efficiency of production processes .
∎ Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety.
∎ Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
∎ Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations collaborate with engineering department.
∎ Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets
∎ Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project
∎ Develop and promote new value added food products to boost sales and increase generated returns
∎ To maintain stock of raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials etc.
∎ Maintain cold chain in every steps of production process, packing, storing till delivery.
∎ Perform administrative task collaboration with vat & accounts department.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly consumption report with proper record keeping
∎ To prepare daily production report and submit to Management
∎ To ensure delivery of finished products to Distribution.
∎ Ensure daily pre-production Assemblies & Training of Staff & Workers.
∎ Ensure production performance in respect of quality and standard of finished product.
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limit to ensure production at minimum cost.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files.
∎ Any Other Job assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Familiarity with computer applications.
∎ Strong decision making skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Good Communication Skills
