Job Context:
∎ Job Level: Senior level Job.
∎ Job Location: Monipur, Monipur, Gaziapur Sadar, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling merchandising functions of different buyers' independently.
∎ Managing buyers' account from order inquiry/taking to shipment.
∎ Make costing, pricing, sourcing of raw materials. Maintaining good liaison with the existing & prospective buyers for order taking, order inquiries, quoting & checking prices, finalizing orders.
∎ Booking production capacities according to the accepted annual sales budget. Following Developments, Samples and Production with high degree of personal responsibilities for successful execution of buyers' orders.
∎ Providing internal communication to bridge information from buyer to production and timely transfer of buyers' technical specification, production requirement, queries to all related departments.
∎ Acquiring information on production status, quality issues, delivery status, etc. & updating management accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum years practical experience in well reputed knit garments industries.
∎ Highly technically sound & capable to handle merchandising affairs of reputed branded buyers.
∎ Capable of making consumption of fabrics, accessories and pricing of all kinds of knit garments precisely.
∎ Well conversant with garments manufacturing processes and quality aspects.
∎ Should have updated knowledge on the global RMG market & fashion/ trend.
∎ Should have successful marketing & merchandising track record.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on knit fabrics, accessories and raw materials.
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; excellent communicator (both oral & written).
∎ Capable to handle high working load.
∎ Good command in MS applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
