Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/ Graduation in any discipline from a public university
∎ MBA/ Leather Engineering/Leather Products Engineering/ Footwear Engineering/ IPE/ Diploma in Footwear.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): TanneryFootwear
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work Footwear production; especially in Lasting & Finishing area
∎ Planning:
∎ Set & Achieve Targeted Business Matrix
∎ To set production target daily and monthly basis.
∎ To set Manpower allocation according to Machine and materials
∎ Achieve target with Team Balancing
∎ Formulate process improvement/Development to achieve target
∎ Coordinate with others department to run smooth production.
∎ Execution:
∎ Ensure the daily production target with required quality.
∎ Reduce Rejection percentage
∎ Lasting line output quantity must be ensured as per plan
∎ Rework have to be minimized & Quality must be followed to achieve the production.
∎ Shop order must be closed in as per lead time.
∎ Coordinate with planning, Cutting, Sewing & PD
∎ Line monitoring and minimize the bottleneck & on time delivery.
∎ Ensure housekeeping, line discipline, manpower utilization, next shift production materials, attendance etc
∎ Ensure proper utilization of Manpower.
∎ Every hours A.Q.L report monitoring.
∎ Measure:
∎ Keep record of daily production as per target
∎ Keep balance record of production
∎ Measure line SMV, Efficiency and productivity.
∎ keep record shop order closing .
∎ on time delivery record .
∎ Review:
∎ Review next day production plan
∎ Decide to next plan of action
∎ Execute measure & review

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 year(s) experience in any Footwear industry
∎ Knowledge in handling general obstetrical and gynecological cases
∎ Computer literacy is must, Sound in MS-Office applications, Email & Internet.
∎ "SMART" Reporting and communication skills, Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written.
