∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute planned production according to top management requirement and Ensuring Optimum production with the required quality of the buyer's standard.
∎ Follow up adjustment of recipes for getting good RFT in lab to bulk and bulk to bulk.
∎ Have to sound knowledge on R&D for new technologies and alternative methods for better efficiency/quality.
∎ Have to sound knowledge on Root cause analysis of any fault comes from dyeing and taking remedial action.
∎ Have to sound knowledge on knitting yarn like- Cotton, CVC, Pc, cotton-polyester yarn.
∎ Look after the daily Dyeing Production to ensure quality of fabric.
∎ Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and workload as per weekly/monthly target.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, dyeing costing and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Ensure the dyeing production quality & communicate with higher authority.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have complete knowledge of knit dyeing industry.
∎ Required to have updated knowledge of International Buyers requirement and quality systems.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Good Communication skill.
