Education:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering·      

Deep Working Knowledge in Database MySQL, SQLite.

Deep Working Knowledge in Windows and Linux Server.

Deep Working Knowledge in Cloud Server: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

·        Develop and implement IT strategy, policies, and infrastructure to support business operations.

·        Oversee design, development, and management of MIS to ensure accurate and timely reporting for decision-making.

·        Ensure security of company data, networks, and systems through proper governance and disaster recovery measures.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, software, and data centers.

  • Implement ERP/CRM or customized software solutions to streamline real estate operations.

  • Develop IT policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.

·        Lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP/CRM systems, automation tools, and customer service platforms.

·        Manage IT & MIS team, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth technology operations.

·        Provide analytical dashboards and reports (sales, projects, finance, HR, etc.) to management for business insights.

·        Monitor IT budgets, system performance, and recommend technological improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Coordinate with all departments to understand system requirements and provide technological solutions.

  • Present recommendations for process improvements and technology investments, IT budgets, and ROI of IT initiatives

·        Implement IT security measures, antivirus, backup solutions, and access controls.

·        Ensure disaster recovery planning and data protection policies.

·        Assist in planning, implementation, and rollout of ERP systems (Pinovation ERP).

·        Analyze business processes and collaborate with departments to map them to ERP modules.

·        Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal teams to customize, test, and deploy ERP features.

·        Train end-users and prepare documentation/manuals for ERP modules.

·        Monitor system performance, data integrity, and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

·        Prepare ERP-related reports and dashboards as per management requirements.

Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the real estate industry.

·        Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
