Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/International Trade or a related field.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in commercial import/export operations, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and L/C procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software (ERP systems, MS Office).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Achieve the sales target by coordination of documents,custom, bank issue.
Follow-up, monitoring and coordination of all commercial works.
Follow up Import & Export related activities, In-Bond, Ex-Bond, UP, UD statement with Custom-Bond Register, Bond Audit, licence(e.g. ERC, IRC,TIN, BIN, EPB etc.)
Co-ordinate with logistics as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) to execute export shipments in compliance.
Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and payment processes are followed for all Accessories/garment export transactions.
Stay up-to-date on changes in Accessories/garment laws, tariffs, quotas, and other regulations, and communicate necessary updates to the team.
Maintaining total follow up from receiving export L/C up to proceeds realizations.
Co-ordinate with accounts & finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities adequately.
Bank to Bank channel Documents prepare and submit to bank for collection as well follow up payment.
Must have very good knowledge in HS Code fixation of machineries, spare parts, Chemicals, dyes etc.
Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incident.
Develop strategies, polices & Guiding team member for achieving KPI.
Keep updated with changes in import/export laws and regulations.
Directly deal with the Top Management in all related aspect.
