Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA with major in HR Management or Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM from any well reputed university/institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain manpower planning and ensure right people in the right place at the right time to utilize proper workforce management.
∎ Prepare Recruitment Plan against the demand by analyzing historical data and create a pole of candidates for frequently vacant positions.
∎ Ensure assessing talent and creating various talent pool and preparation of succession planning for all key leadership positions.
∎ Ensure collection and scrutiny of resumes in connection with concerned Division efficiently to ensure only the qualified candidates are invited for assessments.
∎ Arrange assessment center using a series of interview techniques for assessing the deserving candidates to hire from external source or to promote from internal employees to fill up a new or vacant position.
∎ Organize on campus recruitment to ensure a pool of prospective candidates as well as to build the company's professional network and brand image.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 9-10 years of minimum working experience will be required preferably in a reputed pharma company. Candidates having experience of Talent Acquisition in large manufacturing concern are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Good expertise on HRIS/MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power point etc.) along with good
∎ communication skills (verbal and writing both in English and Bangla).
∎ Age limit is up to 35 (Thirty Five) years. But it may be relaxed for qualified candidates.
