Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA in HRM/Management or any relevant subject from any reputed University;
  • PGDHRM or relevant HR certifications will be considered as an added qualification;

  • Candidates must have prior experience working in a pharmaceutical factory;
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead key HR functions like recruitment, performance management, compensation and OD;

  • Execute annual manpower planning and forecasting aligned with business goals;

  • Develop and update HR policies while ensuring compliance with legal standards, CGMP guidelines, social compliance and Labor Law;

  • Conduct employee onboarding, training sessions, workshops and staff engagement activities;

  • Coordinate with Accounts for monthly payroll processing;

  • Prepare and manage the annual HR budget;

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures;

  • Ensure proper maintenance and archiving of employee personal files;

  • Prepare and update departmental SOPs as required;

  • Oversee HRIS implementation to streamline non-management HR operations.
