- Strong knowledge of modern HR practices.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead key HR functions like recruitment, performance management, compensation and OD;
Execute annual manpower planning and forecasting aligned with business goals;
Develop and update HR policies while ensuring compliance with legal standards, CGMP guidelines, social compliance and Labor Law;
Conduct employee onboarding, training sessions, workshops and staff engagement activities;
Coordinate with Accounts for monthly payroll processing;
Prepare and manage the annual HR budget;
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures;
Ensure proper maintenance and archiving of employee personal files;
Prepare and update departmental SOPs as required;
Oversee HRIS implementation to streamline non-management HR operations.
