∎ JOB PURPOSE: Support the financial literacy program activities and design client-centric interventions by researching/developing new curriculum/content and provide support in developing materials. Conduct timely orientation and organized record-keeping, data entry, and file maintenance to support program administration.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project implementation planning.
∎ Review existing curriculum, content, policy, and procedure formats to drive efficiency .
∎ Inter programme and inter-unit coordination and communication to execute planning.
∎ Ensure project, campaign execution, and follow-up.
∎ Prepare and share Feedback/follow-up reports, and project reports with the team/unit lead periodically.
∎ Coordination of vendor management and project management.
∎ Organize training and module development, and field visits to understand and create a client centric atmosphere.
∎ Ensure delivery of materials to stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and coordination skills
∎ Report writing, content writing, analytical skills
∎ Understanding of the target customer and consumer behavior
∎ Good command of Bangla language (written)
∎ Ability to multi-task
∎ Training and orientation schedule preparation
∎ 1 year of working experience will be preferred
