Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Group Recruitment Process through job posting / advertisement, CV sorting / screening, arranging interview.
∎ Maintain the placement of new employee Induction and Orientation.
∎ Design and fix the job matrix like: set up organizational structures (Manpower planning), job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and Organogram design & update of Organogram.
∎ Preparing monthly attendance sheet & pay roll.
∎ Develop & maintain Group HRIS.
∎ Maintain annual assessment & confirmation process i.e. issuing of assessment form as well as communicate line managers as sequence to preparation of summery sheet & reward letter.
∎ Responsible for timely disbursement of salary as well as festival bonus through accumulating & verifying all data.
∎ Handle grievance issues and disciplinary actions as per compliant
∎ Follow up performance appraisal issues and process the increment & promotion issues.
∎ Preparing various types of HR related reports.
∎ Provide counseling and assistance to employees at specific level in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
∎ Assist CHRO in Preparation of different reports through preparing & providing analytical data according to stakeholder’s requirement.
∎ Ensure administrative support to the employees for maintaining smooth working environment.
