  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships with senior leaders, employees.

  • Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal skills, able to represent the company externally and internally with professionalism and confidence.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and business objectives.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in HR practices.

  •   Lead initiatives for organizational growth, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

  •   Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely acquisition of the right talent.

  • Design and manage talent development programs focused on leadership training, skill-building, and career progression.

  • Lead the implementation of performance management systems aligned with business goals.

  • Manage the annual appraisal process, ensuring constructive feedback and employee development opportunities.

  • Advise managers on how to deal with performance, conduct employee retention and turnover issues via effective evaluation of exit interview/opinion survey data.

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration for accuracy and timeliness.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.

  • Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.

  •   Ensure all HR practices comply with national labor laws and industry standards.

  • Promote ethical conduct and professionalism throughout the organization.

  •  Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and organizational success.

  • Identify skills gaps and implement learning and development initiatives to address them.
