Experience:
MBA in Human Resource Management.·
Professional HR certifications (e.g PGDHRM, MPHR, etc.) are an added advantage.
Complete knowledge of human resources best practices and legal requirements governing the same
Having knowledge in ERP, data management, analysis, and report generating skill.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships with senior leaders, employees.
Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal skills, able to represent the company externally and internally with professionalism and confidence.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and business objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in HR practices.
Lead initiatives for organizational growth, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely acquisition of the right talent.
Design and manage talent development programs focused on leadership training, skill-building, and career progression.
Lead the implementation of performance management systems aligned with business goals.
Manage the annual appraisal process, ensuring constructive feedback and employee development opportunities.
Advise managers on how to deal with performance, conduct employee retention and turnover issues via effective evaluation of exit interview/opinion survey data.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration for accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure all HR practices comply with national labor laws and industry standards.
Promote ethical conduct and professionalism throughout the organization.
Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and organizational success.
Identify skills gaps and implement learning and development initiatives to address them.
