  • Good Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
  • Must have order handling experience in ERP software.
  • Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
  • Focused and detail oriented.


Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication.

  • Develop and monitor detailed Time & Action (T&A) plans; ensure on-time completion of all order milestones—sampling, approvals, bulk production, and delivery.

  • Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer`s requirement guide garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer.

  • Prepare accurate costing sheets, negotiate prices with buyers, and ensure profitability for the company while maintaining competitiveness

  • Lead a team of merchandisers and executives; allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of all merchandising activities.

  • Control production process to ensure quality shipment within deadline.

  • Coordinate and follow up with QC department, commercial department, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment.

  • Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level.

  • Ensure regular customer communication for expansion of potential market and business growth.

  • Any other task as assigned by the Management/Superior.
