Experience:

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design & Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field from a reputed public/private University.

• Experience:

  Fresh graduates with internships in garment or design-related areas are encouraged.

• Age 22 to 24 years
• Only Male

• Good communication & coordination.

• Time management and ability to handle work under pressure.

• Team player and proactive attitude.

• Assist in conceptualizing and creating seasonal collections (sketching, mood boards, color stories, fabric suggestions).

• Prepare detailed design illustrations and technical sketches.

• Coordinate design requirements with buyers/merchandisers and implement changes.

• Support in fabric, trim, and accessory selection.
  Prepare accurate Tech Packs including measurements, construction details, bill of materials (BOM), and grading specs.

• Ensure tech packs are complete and shared with relevant teams on time.

• Update tech packs based on feedback from buyers or internal teams.

• Work closely with Sample Room & Product Development to produce development and sales samples.

• Ensure samples meet quality, design, and fit expectations.

• Share ideas to improve design processes, sample workflows, and communication between departments.
