∎ Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
∎ Find out potential clients and increase posts.
∎ Initiate and solve day to day operational issues.
∎ Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
∎ Posting adjustment of the field forces.
∎ Performing regular post visit as per plan.
∎ Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces.
∎ Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
∎ Look after welfare issues of field forces.
∎ Identify training needs & conduct training accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 02-04 year's experience from relevant field and Defense background will get preference
∎ Hard working & energetic
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
