Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & monitoring finishing Hourly/Daily production with good quality.
∎ Monitoring Daily/Hourly finishing Target VS Achievement.
∎ Ensure PO wise cut to ship percentage as per company requirement.
∎ Follow-up shipment plan & ensure on time shipment by PO closing.
∎ Ensure compliance & company standard of responsible area.
∎ Ensure staff-workers present percentage as per company requirement.
∎ Follow-up daily report & work accordingly to reduce finishing WIP.
∎ Coordinate with all related department head for completing PO's smoothly.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the final Inspection.
∎ Ensure to manage finishing team & packing with good result.
∎ Strong production leadership with good problem solving skills.
∎ Ensure finishing efficiency by increase production & utilize existing manpower.
∎ Perform others finishing related duties & responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the Man-Machine-Materials are using properly.
∎ Ensure 5'S of responsible area. 16 any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
