Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, coordinates, lead QA & QC functions and the monitoring of Food Safety and Quality Systems consistent with established standards.
∎ Implement and establish FSMS throughout the organization
∎ Execute Quality plan in timely manner
∎ Plan and Execute external testing, calibration, communication
∎ Implement quality system in site as per GQP requirement stated in QMS.
∎ Maintain the operations of the Laboratory including scheduling of required microbiological and analytical test, calibration, trials, management of BMR.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and trends, assessing problems and monitoring effectiveness, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the evaluation of deviation and OOS, system failure, complaints management and conducting root cause analysis, suggesting CAPA, reviewing status.
∎ Arrange relevant training program for staff and workforce to ensure quality work environment in the organization as per QMS requirement.
∎ To carry out risk assessment of facility and process to address the product quality and safety requirements as well as to appraise higher management about corrective and preventive action.
∎ Approval / rejection of all lots/batch of bulk powder, packaging components, intermediates and finished product are be done according to the standard written procedures.
∎ Preparing and review of all specifications and standards which may impact product quality, e.g. policies, SOP's, Specifications, Test methods, sampling plans, forms, batch records (BMR).
∎ Involved in all decisions with potential to impact on product quality.
∎ Ensure appropriate qualification/validation of facilities and processes are performed.
∎ Highlighting Site GSK representative and site Head on quality issues requiring inputs, OOS, deviations and sourcing related issues, non conformance
∎ Responsible for controlling any major change in the system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience of minimum 5 to 8 years in food or pharmaceutical industry from which 2-3 years in managerial position.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in GMP, GLP, QMS, HACCP, ISO 22000 & EHS.
∎ Thorough knowledge of QA monitoring, auditing, and inspection protocols and systems,
∎ Knowledge of lab operations, analytical skills.
∎ Good skills on leadership, communication, interpersonal, motivational, teamwork & problem solving.
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
