Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any reputed University having no 3rd class in educational background.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and retain security personnel of the assigned zone.
∎ Increase of personnel (existing contract): Work for increase as per target of the Branch Manager.
∎ Monitor Incidents and major client complaints and control threats/ hazards.
∎ Training: Visit, organize and supervise on the job training in all post at least once in a month.
∎ Frequency of posts and Barrack (Guard Accommodation) visits should be once in a month.
∎ Meeting clients and work for taking actions and continuous improvement.
∎ Establish, implement and review health and safety plan and programmes at regular intervals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 years job experience in Customer/ Man management
∎ Skilled in Man Management
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Quick decision making ability
∎ Good team member
∎ Convincing capacity and leadership
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bangla.
∎ Willingness to ride Motor Cycle
∎ Must be computer literate
