Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervisions of Guards by ensuring the implementation of company policies & procedures into MS business.
∎ Maintaining control and performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines prescribed by the company.
∎ Ensuring customer relationships by visiting and meetings, taking feedback and implementing required service excellence.
∎ Supervision of Credit collections of service charges and ensuring cash flaws are achieved.
∎ Recruitment of security personnel as per requirement
∎ Coordinate with S&M to get new business and to keep existing business. Also works for price increases in existing contracts in coordination with S&M.
∎ Implement HSE issues within the area of responsibilities and guide the operational team to ensure less harm and fatalities.
∎ Generating new ideas to improve efficiency and productivity of Manned Services.

∎ Job Summary : The position is responsible to provide guarding service that ensures safety and security of clients, their property and goods as well as the security personnel on the guarding location.
