Ex-defense/ Police force experienced candidates will be preferable for the role.

It commenced operations in Bangladesh in 1998 and today has a very strong national presence throughout the country. G4S Bangladesh is now hiring Assistant Manager for its Cash Operations.
Reporting Authority: Head of Country (Managing Director)
Summary of the Role:
This role shall be responsible to lead the overall safety and security efforts of G4S Bangladesh Cash Service Division protecting property, business, operation, information and human lives. The role is based in Head Office with required travel to the branches. The role shall also facilitate the group policies, develop local SOPs and optimize the risk in local context.
Accountabilities:
Conduct risk assessments and recommend cost effective countermeasures.
Plan, implement and monitor physical security status of the facilities.
Ensure compliance with group policies i.e. MSP and ROCC.
Manage investigation of all attack/loss and report to local and HQ management.
Submit reports requested from local or group management.
Manage and administer cash security department resources and operation.
Plan, document and train on Crisis Management.
Liaising with appropriate external authorities and keep regular contact.
Manage insurance related activities effectively.
Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Yearly increment, Festival Bonus and Health Insurance.
