It commenced operations in Bangladesh in 1998 and today has a very strong national presence throughout the country. G4S Bangladesh is now hiring Operation Officer for its manned service division.
∎ Purpose of the position:
∎ To efficiently manage the Manned Service Business operations with a focus on excellent services aligned with company business goals.
∎ This is a very exciting yet challenging role and a great opportunity to be part of a global organization experiencing rapid growth phase.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well presented with a strong ability to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of clients
∎ Strong Client Relationship Management
∎ Achieve operations key performance (KPI) as well as sales targets
∎ Establish standard service delivery according to contract agreements and manage non routine issues ensuring compliance
∎ Monthly/Quarterly management reporting
∎ Readiness to work at any critical situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-driven and have experience in sales & service operation
∎ Skilled in people management
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Experience- 2 to 3 years' experience in service industry is preferable.
