Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science preferable or any relevant discipline from any recognized university/ institutions
Job Context:
∎ Location: Head Office
∎ JOB PURPOSE:
∎ Operate e-Monitoring System, design e-Monitoring questionnaires by using ODK Tools, analysis data using SPSS/Excel or Crystal Report and provide technical support to Analysts and Monitoring Officers for online data collection, Maintain and update PQ tracker and BRAC MIS in regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate e-Monitoring System, monitor data submission process in the system.
∎ Support monitoring officers in solving problems related on mobile tab, internet collection, internet bill and other logistic issues.
∎ Provide technical support to analysts and monitoring officers on online data collection, data editing, data finalizing and sending data to e-Monitoring server.
∎ Design e-Monitoring questionnaires using ODK Tools and ensures all logical checks and skip orders at ODK design level.
∎ Download data from e-Monitoring server and checking, sorting and cleaning data for analysis.
∎ Analysis data using SPSS/STATA and Excel and provide output as per requirement of analysts.
∎ Assist analysts to design questionnaire for e-Monitoring systems.
∎ Maintain Programme Quality (PQ) Tracker (JIRA) in a regular basis and update as per requirement
∎ Maintain BRAC MIS in a regular basis and update as per requirement.
∎ Maintain stock of stationery and computer accessories for the department.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years' of working experience in the relevant field
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and Crystal Report, SPSS, Open Data Kit Tools and Computer Programming.
∎ Knowledge of eMonitoring system, data processing, and monitoring tools.
∎ Knowledge of social enterprise/business, health, and education sector in Bangladesh is a plus
∎ Team skills and Self-motivated, amiable, able to mingle in various cultures
∎ Strong ethics and integrity
