  • Duty Time - 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM (12-hour Shift)
  • Must be confident, smart, and able to handle difficult situations calmly
  • Strong speaking and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Previous call center experience is highly preferable

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle every client with sincerity and care
  • Client database maintenance
  • Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries. Collecting and analyze customer feedback.
  • Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing, them information about the resolution of the same.
  • Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
  • Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.

    Sales-based incentives will be offered -
    Employees with good performance can earn incentives ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 BDT per month based on their sales achievements
