- Duty Time - 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM (12-hour Shift)
- Must be confident, smart, and able to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong speaking and interpersonal skills are essential
- Previous call center experience is highly preferable

Responsibilities & Context: - Handle every client with sincerity and care
- Client database maintenance
- Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries. Collecting and analyze customer feedback.
- Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing, them information about the resolution of the same.
- Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
- Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.

Employees with good performance can earn incentives ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 BDT per month based on their sales achievements
