We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Call Centre Executive to join our energetic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing online sales operations, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Manage customer communication through phone, chat, and social media
Respond to online leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
Meet and exceed daily online sales targets
Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing
Provide solutions to customer issues with patience and professionalism
Receive customer complaints, record them in the system, and ensure proper resolution
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Maintain a high standard of call quality as per organizational requirements
Conduct proactive customer outreach
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-first attitude
Take responsibility for achieving individual and team targets
Suggest improvements in sales and customer service processes
