Experience:

• At least 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• MBA in HRM or a Master`s degree from a reputed University. Preference will be given to candidates with a PGD in Compliance from BIM.

• At least 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Experience with SLCP, SEDEX, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, Technical audit and European & USA buyers' compliance requirements.

• Assist in leading and coordinating all types of Buyer/3rd Party Social Compliance Audit and organize the factory.

• Possess sound knowledge of BLL-2006, BLR-2015, BNBC-2020, NFPA, and ACCORD/RSC standards.

• Conduct regular internal audits and share reports with the management.

• Prepare third-party or buyer audit CAP reports independently and follow up on audits day-to-day.

• Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and oversee day-to-day operations.

• Monitor regulatory activities to stay informed about the status of all compliance activities and identify trends.

• Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers` code of conduct.

• Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company.

• Responsible for all aspects relating to smooth functioning Compliance in the field of of store, production management, staffs management, compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.

• Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers` visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.

• Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible measures to adhere with buyers` compliance instruction.

• Any other job as assigned by the management.
