∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance during worker recruitment. Maintain the recruitment SOP as per policy and guidance.
∎ Develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies procedures for the compliance programmers audit platform like BSCI, SEDEX, GRS etc according to buyers Code of Conducts
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues to ensure health, hygiene & safety .
∎ Conduct worker's orientation training.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage and counseling.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
∎ Creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
∎ Checking, Reporting, and maintaining disciplinary issues when required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned from time to time by the appropriate authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to use/learn other software.
Must be comfortable with travelling inside Dhaka city.
Fully Proficient in English and Bangla
