Audit, Buyers Compliance (BSCI, Cedex, Nirappon, PRIMARK, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Consulting Firms, Dyeing Factory, Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Technical Infrastructure, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop factory control systems to prevent or deal with customer/buyer compliance violations.
∎ Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
∎ Study factory audit reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
∎ Draft, modify and implement compliance policies
∎ Collaborate with factory corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
∎ Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
∎ Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be pleasing personality with good communication skills in English. Must be experienced with handling buyers compliance audits, social audits, etc.
