∎ Age 20 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare GSP/REX/COO documents for all Export shipments·
∎ EPB (Export Promotion Bureau) REX documents online submission.
∎ Document prepare for C&F/buyer.
∎ Ensure Bank LC/TT related activities by preparing proper documents.
∎ Export LC, documentation, UD process for Bond.
∎ Follow up the customers is needed to open direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue.
∎ Capable to handle independently with Cash incentive related all work.
∎ Performing Import-related general correspondence with Factory Concerns, Freight Forwarders, C&F agents and Bank Officers.
∎ Submit export documents to banks for negotiation with buyers' banks and follow up on payment realizations.
∎ Capable of handling Import & Export documents as well.
∎ All other works assigned by management.
