Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Science/LLM/ English/Development Studies, or a related subject.
Year of Experience: 4 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within GBV Case Management under UNHCR-funded programmes.
Mandatory Requirements: ·
Proven skill in training facilitation and familiarity with the guiding principle of GBV.·
Proficiency in English and Chattogram dialect.·
Experience using GBVIMS+.·
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).

Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the CM Officer-GBV for implementing `Education and Protection for Refugee Community (EPRC) Project` funded by UNHCR, located at Ukhiya & Teknaf Cox’s Bazar)
Position Title: CM Officer-GBV
C. 1. Key areas of Performance/ Responsibility/ Accountability:
a) She/he will provide professional, confidential, and survivor-centered case management services to GBV survivors, in line with established guiding principles.
b) She/he will deliver case management services under the GBVIMS/Primero platform, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and updates.
c) She/he will ensure the confidentiality and the guiding principles of Case Management in line with SOPs, GBVMS, Inter-agency GBV Case Management Guideline, and other related guidelines.
d) She/he will ensure proper referrals are made and conduct regular follow-up to ensure quality service delivery and survivor support.
e) She/he will work with the PSS team to refer the GBV Survivors for Psychosocial Support and maintain coordination with WGSS, WELP, SASA, Men and Boys Engagement Programme.
f) She/he will maintain coordination with different stakeholders, including CIC, Legal, Health, MHPSS, CBP, and Site management for the referral pathway.
g) She/he will provide sufficient regular technical support to all Case Management Volunteers.
h) She/he will build and maintain accurate records while upholding data protection and confidentiality standards.
i) She/he will submit the required reports on Case Management to the respective Case Manager on time.
j) She/he will closely work with finance, procurement, logistics, HR, CP, and CBP unit to ensure a flawless work environment based on the need.
k) She/he will submit individual action plans with an accomplishment report to the respective Case Manager.
l) She/he will promote and uphold safeguarding policies and ensure safeguarding principles are integrated into all activities to protect staff, beneficiaries, and community members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.
m) Follow established safeguarding reporting procedures for any reportable incident and encourage others to do the same
Safeguarding & PSEA:
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)`s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
