• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementation of CMFP programme activities.

• Supervise field operations and monitor programme progress.

• Provide technical guidance and support to field staff.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Prepare reports and maintain programme documentation.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and community representatives.

• Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and quality assurance.

• Implement PKSF project activities in the assigned area.

• Ensure proper functioning of staff activities.

• Prepare comparative reports of PKSF and branch accounts.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Analyze loan distribution and repayment problems and suggest solutions.

• Monitor staff performance and maintain a good working environment.

• Resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Prepare the annual budget.
