Position Overview:
The Client Service Executive serves as the primary customer contact, delivering exceptional service through phone, email, live chat and social media. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and performance standards. Collaboration with internal teams ensures efficient and seamless service delivery.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as necessary.
Complaint Management:
Record, track, and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-up until closure.
Handle dissatisfied or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and update trouble ticket systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service performance and issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client updates and address challenges.
Business Growth Support:
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients.
Assist in preparing proposals or quotations for new services/products.

Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
